Digital Vitamins/Studio/Ownership
You own it. All of it. From day one.
Most practices we meet have been burned once: a domain held hostage, a site nobody but the agency could edit, a database that turned out to be somebody else’s. So we put the exit in writing before the entrance.
01 What is yours
Everything. Here is the inventory.
Not a promise in a paragraph. A list you can check against on the day we hand over, and again a year later. If any line on it is not true, we have not finished.
02 The exit
How to leave us, in four steps.
Written down because a studio that will not tell you how to leave is telling you something. None of this needs our cooperation, and none of it breaks anything.
Remove us from the repository
One click in your repository settings. The code carries on building and deploying exactly as it did; nothing in it phones home to us, because nothing in it ever did.
One clickRotate the keys
Every credential lives in your own accounts. The handover pack lists each one and where it is used, so a new developer can rotate them in an afternoon without hunting.
An afternoonTake the data
The export lives behind a button in your own admin. CSV and JSON, complete, including the things people usually forget: consent timestamps, message history and audit logs.
One buttonTell us, or do not
The Ritual is cancellable in any month with no notice period and no exit fee. If you simply stop paying, nothing switches off. Hosting is in your name, so we could not switch it off if we wanted to.
No notice, no fee
The previous agency owned our domain and quoted us four thousand euro to release it. We paid it. That is why the first question we asked Digital Vitamins was about leaving.
03 What we will not do
Six things we will never put in the way.
Everything on this page is written into the engagement letter before any money changes hands. If your lawyer wants to read it first, we will send it before the first call.
