Essential
Take a kit if your week is ordinary
Not a criticism — most practices in a trade run broadly the same way, and a kit that fits 90% of it today beats a bespoke build you cannot afford until next year.
Not every practice needs something built from scratch, and we would rather sell you a kit that fits than a Treatment that flatters us. Five sets, one per kind of business, from €1,200 to buy or €65 a month to rent.
These are templates. We are telling you that plainly because everywhere else calls them bespoke solutions and charges accordingly. A kit is the right answer when your practice works the way most practices in your trade work — which is most of the time.
Essence No. 01
Anyone who needs a credible front door and nothing behind it yet.
Serum No. 02
Solo therapists, coaches, mentors and consultants who see people by appointment.
Balm No. 03
Electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, joiners — one van to a small crew.
Cream No. 04
Dental, physio, veterinary, optical and similar: two to fifteen people, a front desk, a diary.
Tonic No. 05
Legal, notarial, architectural and surveying practices of two to fifteen.
We sell both and we make more from the second, so here is the honest test rather than the flattering one.
Essential
Not a criticism — most practices in a trade run broadly the same way, and a kit that fits 90% of it today beats a bespoke build you cannot afford until next year.
Essential
A kit is between a fifth and a third of a Treatment. If the choice is a kit now or nothing for eighteen months, take the kit. You can move to a Treatment later and we will not charge you twice for the thinking.
Essential
Two weeks from order to live, against ten for a Treatment, and one of the two weeks is you choosing colours and writing about yourself.
Treatment
If you have already outgrown two tools, if your pricing or scheduling has a rule nobody else has, or if the thing that makes you money is the thing no kit does: a kit will not fix it and we will say so on the first call.
Treatment
A kit gives you your colours and your words inside our layout. If your positioning is the asset, that is not enough, and pretending otherwise would waste your money.
Not sure
Seven questions, two minutes, and it will tell you which of these two you are, including when the answer is neither and you should spend the money elsewhere.
Take the assessment→Identical software. The only difference is who hosts it and who is responsible when something breaks at eight on a Friday.
Rented long enough and buying would have been cheaper. That crossover is printed on every kit page. If you pass it and tell us you want to buy, we take what you have already paid in rent that year off the purchase price.
They are, and that sentence is on the page above in the same words. The studio work is bespoke, one practice at a time, four to six a year — that has not changed. The kits exist because we kept turning away practices who did not need bespoke and could not justify it, and sending them to a page builder felt worse than building something good and admitting what it is.
Structurally, yes — same layout, same spacing, same flows. Your colours, typeface, logo, photography and every word will be yours, which is most of what a visitor perceives. But if two practices in the same town both buy the Field kit, a careful person could tell. We would rather you heard that from us.
Yes, and several have. Your content and data come across, and we take what you paid for the kit off the Treatment. You are not penalised for having started sensibly.
Buy the installation as well — it is between €400 and €900 depending on the kit, and it includes configuring it around your rules. Or rent for a few months while you decide, and we will credit that rent if you buy within the year.
You get a notification and a changelog, and the update is yours to apply whenever you want. Security patches are free forever. If you would rather never think about it, rent instead — that is precisely what renting is for.
Small things, yes — an extra page, a field, a different email. Anything structural, no, because that is how a kit quietly becomes a bad bespoke build at a bad price. Past a couple of days of changes we will stop and recommend the Diagnosis instead.
