We host it, keep it patched, back it up and answer when something is wrong. Cancel in any month and take your data with you. Nothing to install and nothing to maintain.
Buying with installation costs €3,000. At €95 a month, renting costs more than that after about 32 months — so if you expect to keep it longer than that and do not mind hosting, buy it. We would rather say that than have you find out in year three.
